Using a Harbor Freight Leak Down Tester Part Number 94190. Added a Milton ball valve and M type fittings. The quick disconnect came with the Harbor Freight tool were not very good sealing so when you connected the hoses the reading on the leakage gauge would jump even when connecting to something that didn't leak air. The ball valve allows the cylinder to be hooked up to the tool and then the pressure slowly released.
