Long story short...My truck started to over heat one day, so I pulled over let it cool down and ended up having it towed the rest of the way home. Once at home, I got the pressure tester out and tested the pressure of the cooling system. Come to find out that the radiator leaked. So I pulled the radiator and bought a new one. While extracting the old radiator, I decided to remove the water pump as well. In the process of removing the water pump, I broke the fan clutch. So all in all, I replaced the water pump, fan clutch and radiator with all brand new parts. Installed them all and took my truck for a test drive! While driving, I captured video of the problem. I initially thought it was the thermostat, so I bought a new one. Switched it out and took another test drive. Still have the same problem. I decided to try another thermostat. Switched recently purchased thermostat out with another new thermostat. This time, the same problem occurred, however after a few test drives this thermostat stuck open and the truck never warmed up. Bought another thermostat and it still has the same problem. Anyone have an idea of what the problem might be? I am stuck on this one!
